I had to scroll through my order several times to fix errors that didn't save when I corrected them, whether it was quantity (as you can't select a quantity to order from the search results), store pickup (as the default seems to be shipping to home when it's free), and THEN when I tried to use 3 gift cards, the checkout would reset each time I went to my email to copy the next code, losing what I already put in

Mark S: after the incredible slow HD app load, I search for what I want and can't find it. so I go to Google and type the very same thing and what pops up? An ad for HD with the product I wanted. I have even typed the the exact bold-type description in and get no match. It's the Era of Windows 11 not XP. Please pick up the pace. As a pro, I am in store or online daily. OK the app could be faster and the search engine is atrocious. If a HD competitor had better, I'd be there. Bet the reverse would be tru

FreddyPlayerOne: This ain't it chief. I've had two orders on separate occasions be canceled on me because items weren't in stock. Even tho app says they are. Then you have to wait for your money to be reimbursed. It's a huge inconvenience. I guess that has to do with Home Depot in general. The app itself is slow, responds slowly. Loading takes it time even on wifi. It crashes periodically. I'm on a flagship phone with a 500mbps down. Not the best but enough to run this mess.

A Google user: A year later NOTHING fixed. Continues to be highschool quality software! Clearly untested. Sort does not work; filter results does not work - retains old selections, does not reset on new criteria. (Prev) When completing info for order, if you task switch to another app to get a piece of info, braindead app clears all the data you had entered. First law of computing : don't lose the customer data! Same if you enter other data for credit card before the number, entering number clears other fields

King Grim the 1st: This app is terrible. Sends you deals but how convenient that every time you click on them they don't pop up, or "sorry there's a problem, " shows up on the screen. It's been like this for so long now. Also making payments for the Home Depot Credit card is more difficult than it should be. Management should do better. So much incompetence for to many years now

Preferred User: Getting worse, now 8-22-2022, once again it required an update and many of us can't log in or even get someone to answer the phone for help! After update and restart all it says is "Temporary Technical Issue"??? Still only "Works Half the time! Constantly says its having technical issues. Also, default is every product in the world, why not keep default as IN STORE items only, allow users to change when special ordering is necessary. If it didn't crash so often it would be more useful.

J Rhode: App is broken after last update. Hangs, search bar doesn't operate properly or return any results. Disappointing as I can't find out if the products I'm looking for are available. Otherwise I loved the app previously. Love the purchase tracking and online receipts. Perks are good too, but paint discounts don't do much for me.

Mickey Gray: I Keep Hoping... Just placed an order for five items, store pickup. All showing in stock. After paying with PayPal, it tells me the $2.00 item will be available for pickup today, three items will be shipped to me in two days, and the final item shipped in 10 days. And NO WAY TO CORRECT THAT! Since I had paid, my only option was to follow through. I have never been pleased with this app. I should have learned by now.

Rachel McDaniel: Horrible, it takes forever to get signed in because ot keeps telling me that my email or password is incorrect when they are saved, and I can't download my statements. I have spent the past hour trying to download it, even after removing my pop-up blocker, and all customer service is worried about is the payment that is coming up. I wouldn't even get itb1 star. The old app was way better, easier to use, and NEVER had any issues!
